Subject: Draft JSERC (Conduct of Business)
Regulations, 2011
The public hearing on draft JSERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations,
2011 was held on 23.12.2010 and in the said hearing it was decided
to revise the draft Regulation on Conduct of Business on the basis
of the suggestions/comments made orally and in writing. It was also
decided to restructure the fee schedule keeping in view the fee
schedule of the neighbouring State Commissions and thereafter to
upload the revised draft Conduct of Business Regulations along with
the restructured fee schedule on the website of Commission for
comments/suggestions, if any. Accordingly, the Conduct of Business
Regulations has been revised and the fee schedule has been
restructured.
The revised draft Regulations along with the restructured fee
schedule is available on the website of the Commission which can be
downloaded.
The comments/suggestions/objections, if any, on the revised draft
Regulations including fee schedule may be sent to the undersigned
latest by 15.03.2011.
The comments/suggestions/objections received after the stipulated
dated in the Commission’s office may not be considered while
finalizing these Regulations.
