NOTICE
Subject: Draft (Determination
of Tariff for procurement of power from Solar PV power project and
Solar Thermal power project)
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 86 (1) (a), (b) and
(c) read with (e), Section 61(a to h), and Section 62 (1) of the
Electricity Act 2003 (EA, 2003) and all other powers enabling it in
this behalf, the Jharkhand State Electricity Regulatory Commission
has made the draft ‘(Determination of tariff for procurement of
power from Solar PV power project and Solar Thermal power project)
Regulations, 2010’.
The draft regulations are annexed to this notice and can also be
downloaded.
The comments/ suggestions/objections on the draft regulations and
Petitions for review of tariffs from various developers for fixation
of tariff for the aforementioned technologies may be sent to the
undersigned latest by 05.04.2010.
The comments/suggestions/objections and petitions received after the
stipulated date in the Commission’s office may not be considered
while finalizing these regulations.
