Subject: Draft Amendment to JSERC
(Miscellaneous Provision – Third Amendment)
Order 2009
In exercise of the power conferred
under Regulations 20,34 and 46 of the JSERC (Conduct of Business)
Regulation 2003 and Section 127 read with Clause (zo) of sub-section
(2) of Section 181 of the Electricity Act 2003 (36 of 2003) and all
powers enabling it in that behalf, the Jharkhand State Electricity
Regulatory Commission hereby amends the JSERC (Miscellaneous
Provision) Order 2003
The draft regulations are annexed to this notice and can also be
downloaded.
The comments/suggestions/objections on the draft regulations may be
sent to the undersigned latest by 23.01.2010.
The comments/suggestions/objections received after the stipulated
date in the Commission’s office may not be considered while
finalizing these regulations.
