Subject: Draft Amendment to JSERC (Electricity Supply Code – Fourth
Amendment)
Regulations 2009
In
exercise of the power conferred by Clause (x) of sub-section (2) of
Section 181 read with Section 50 of the Electricity Act 2003 (36 of
2003) and all powers enabling it in that behalf, the Jharkhand State
Electricity Regulatory Commission hereby amends the JSERC
(Electricity Supply Code) Regulations 2005
The draft regulations are annexed to this notice and can also be
downloaded.
The comments/suggestions/objections on the draft regulations may be
sent to the undersigned latest by 23.01.2010.
The comments/suggestions/objections received after the stipulated
date in the Commission’s office may not be considered while
finalizing these regulations.
