Subject: Draft Regulation on “JSERC (Terms and
Conditions for Determination of Generation Tariff) Regulations, 2010”
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 181 read and all
other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Jharkhand State Electricity Regulatory Commission
has made the Draft Regulation on “JSERC (Terms and Conditions for
Determination of Generation Tariff) Regulations, 2010”.
The draft regulations are annexed to this notice and can also be
downloaded.
The comments/ suggestions/objections on the draft regulations may be sent to the
undersigned latest by 31.08.2010.
The comments/suggestions/objections received after the
stipulated date in the Commission’s office may not be considered
while finalizing these regulations.
